Information on how we price our skips
The pricing of a skip has various elements to consider, first we need to know what size of skip is required this letting us know the volume of waste we expect to receive back when filled.
We then need to know the distance needed to travel to calculate the fuel and drivers time to deliver and collect the skip.
Any additional items which can be found at the booking stage, there are several items that are charged for separately due to the processes needed to recycle them.
Our skip hire automatically allows for 7 days hire which is included in the price but there is an option to extend this period for longer if needed with a minimal cost to do so.
There may be instances where the cost will be reflected on the material being disposed of. If the skip is being filled with a large amount of a single waste stream such as Plasterboard, Tar, Artificial Grass etc. This list of materials will also be provided on the booking section.
A lot of commercial waste recycling requires Roll on Roll off containers and this is predominantly priced with a transport and tonnage method which we are very happy to do so over the phone or with a site visit.
